On Friday, February 28, 2025, the Department of Community Nutrition, IPB University, organized a training session on “Effective Communication in Customer Service for Educational Staff.” This program aimed to enhance the communication skills of educational staff to provide professional and responsive services, particularly in the field of nutrition. By mastering effective communication, staff members can offer better assistance to students and the general public seeking academic and service-related information.

The training featured Ir. Yatri Indah Kusumastuti, MS, Head of the Communication Bureau at IPB University, as the keynote speaker. She shared valuable insights on the role of communication in building positive relationships between educational staff and the public.
